Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have sent the incorrect product.

Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
